13km walked today
The walk today was pretty easy. But I am slow and it takes me forever compared to everyone else.
I walked through parks on the outskirts of Logorno for the first part of the day.
There are regular people who have booths set up and stamp pilgrim's passports. Just for something to do
I stayed at Albergue La Casa del Peregrino. The guy in charge was nice and even carried my stinky heavy backpack up to the second floor dorm.
The two girls from Germany that stayed at the same lace as me last night were here. Richard from the UK who just got a new backpack (apparently his was dreadful). Also four Irish that I met three days ago. It is nice to see familiar faces.
The German girls said to check out the church. So I did. It had a really alter.
I made myself another pasta packet this time I added ham. I only found one small convenience store open because it was Sunday. Unlike America almost everything is closed on Sundays.
Chatted with the German girls Natasha and Katerina, Richard and a guy from Denmark whose English was so American I would have thought he was from the US if he Haden's told me otherwise. The movie Down Periscope was dubbed on the TV. Then this northern Spanish game called handball which kind of seems like squash but hitting the ball with your hands instead of a racket.
